How To Manage Your Pozotron Subscription

Do you need to view, cancel, or change your subscription? Here's what to do.

This article explains how to view your active subscription, change your plan, or pause or cancel your Pozotron subscription.

Viewing Your Subscription Details

When logged in, click your email address on the top right corner of your screen and choose My Dashboard from the dropdown menu, or go to https://studio.pozotron.com/v3/profile/subscription

From this page, you will see all of your subscription details, such as your current subscription, subscription plan usage, stored credit minutes, and the current invoice period!

 

Change your Subscription

To change your subscription, scroll down to the Pozotron Plan Selector! This tool will look at your previous usage (3, 6, 9, or 12 months) and recommend the best plan based on your history.

If you want to estimate a future project, just click Future Usage here, and use the slider to enter the estimated hours that you plan to upload, and Pozotron will automatically recommend the most cost-effective plan for you.

You can also view all of our available plans and choose for yourself which plan you'd like to subscribe to under the All Plans tab:

Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

To pause or cancel your Pozotron subscription, click "Manage Subscription" under your subscription details: 

Here, you can easily Pause or Cancel your plan using these buttons:



 

Tip: When you pause or cancel your subscription, your current invoice period will close and you will be billed immediately for usage under your current plan.

If you are unsure of your current invoice, you can view it under the Invoices tab.
