# Error: Pronunciation Guide Recordings

## Trying to play pronunciation guide recordings and receiving an error message? Here is how to fix it!

In rare cases, you might receive an error message while trying to listen to your recordings in your pronunciation guide.

It often resembles the following:

If this happens, the issue will usually resolve itself if you clear your cache and cookies and refresh your Pozotron Studio.
