When You’re Charged

Unlike many subscription services, Pozotron does not charge you at the start of your billing cycle. 

Instead, we:

• Track your audio usage throughout your billing period
• Calculate your total usage at the end of that period
• Then bill you based on your selected plan and actual usage

Your Billing Date

Your billing cycle is based on a consistent monthly date:

• Your billing date is the same day every month
• Your billing period runs from that date to the same date the following month
  (for example, from the 10th of one month to the 10th of the next)

Because of this, billing periods may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the month, but your billing date will always stay the same.

Changing Your Plan Mid-Cycle

Because billing happens at the end of the cycle, you have flexibility:

• You can upgrade or change your plan at any time
• This means that if your workload is higher or lower than you expected, that's ok! You can change your subscription to a plan that better fits your workload with no penalties.

Example: Professional 4 Plan

Let’s say you sign up for the Professional 4 plan:

• You are not charged immediately
• Pozotron will track how much audio you upload during your billing period
• At the end of the billing cycle:
  • You’ll be charged $40 for the first 4 hours
  • Plus $12 for each additional hour beyond that

This approach ensures you only pay based on how much you actually use.
