Understanding Billing for Audio Files with Processing Errors in Pozotron

Getting an error message on an audio file you tried to upload? Here's what to do.

When you upload audio files to Pozotron for processing, our system strives to ensure a smooth and error-free experience.

However, in rare instances, you might encounter a processing error.

Our billing system is designed to automatically detect such errors and exclude these files from your invoice. 

When you see an error like this, the audio file in question has not been processed and will not be billed to your account.
