How to Filter Out Suggestions From Pozotron?

Are you trying to hide an annotation that Pozotron keeps marking for you? Follow the steps below to filter them out!

From your proofing page, you will see a list of every annotation that Pozotron has found within your narration.

Proofing Pozotron

If you find that Pozotron is repeatedly marking a certain pronunciation, phrase, noise, or pause that you do not want to see, you're able to use this Filter Out button.

Filter Out Button

Selecting Filter Out will hide this annotation as well as any other instances in your project that match this specific annotation. This can be useful when you're intentionally pronouncing a word differently than the usual pronunciation and don't want Pozotron to mark all of these instances.

Filtering out Pauses

Pozotron will automatically flag every pause in your narration that is longer than 2 seconds. When using the Filter Out feature on pauses, Pozotron will ask if you'd like to extend that threshold to match the length of the current pause:

Filter Out Pauses

Selecting Yes will automatically filter out other pauses in your project that are shorter than this instance.

Selecting No will only hide this annotation, but future pauses of similar length will be flagged by  Pozotron.

Filtering out Natural Noises

Pozotron will automatically flag any background noises detected in your audio file. When filtering these out, Pozotron will ask if you'd like to filter out other natural noises:

Filter out Noises

Selecting Yes will automatically filter out future noises that are similar to this one.

Selecting No will only hide this annotation, but future similar noises will still be flagged by Pozotron.
