FAQs

Question: Why do I need to create an account?

Answer: This is to protect our customers' voices and the intellectual property they upload to Pozotron. For this reason, we require anyone with access to a project to have a verified Pozotron account.

Question: Why am I getting this error message?

Answer: This message will appear when you are not logged in to the correct Pozotron account. Ensure you create and are logged in to the account with the same email as the one that received the invitation.

Question: Why are some features greyed out and I can't use them?

Answer: This means you do not have the correct permissions granted for this project. If you are unable to access a feature you need, please reach out to the project owner.

They can change your permission level to the correct one by using this guide
