This article will give you a general overview of the different subscription options and their benefits.

IMPORTANT: This article outlines Pozotron’s upcoming subscription plans, which will take effect on January 2, 2026.

Pozotron offers flexible pricing options to fit every scripted audio production workflow— from solo voice artists to full-scale production studios. This guide provides a complete overview of subscription plans, included features, Script Prep Tool pricing, and how invoicing works.

Pozotron Proofing Plans & Prices

Pozotron’s Proofing Tool service is billed per finished hour (PFH) of uploaded audio. Below is a breakdown of each plan’s monthly fee, included hours, and overage rates:

Example:

Let’s say you’re on the Professional 16 plan and upload 20 hours of audio in one month. Here’s how your Proofing Tool usage would be billed:

  • The first 16 hours are included in your subscription and covered by the $160.00 monthly fee.

  • The remaining 4 hours exceed your plan’s included hours and are billed at the "overage PFH cost" of $12.00 per finished hour, totalling $48.00.

Total for the month: $160.00 (monthly fee) + $48.00 (overage cost) = $208.00

This total assumes usage of the Proofing Tool only, with no Script Prep charges.

 

Did you know that our plans are flexible?  You can switch at any time before the end of your billing cycle based on your project load.

 

All Pozotron proofing plans come with:

  • Proofing Packet Export (Excel format)
  • Pickup Packet Export (HTML format with context and MP3 previews)
  • DAW Integration (all DAWs available for all plans except the Pay As You Go Plan. See our Feature Breakdown Per Plan for more information.) 
  • Team Collaboration Tools (share access to projects with narrators, editors, or QC teams)

*Using a different DAW? Pozotron supports a wide range of DAWs, available across different subscription plans. Check the feature breakdown below to see which ones are included with your plan. 

Pozotron Script Prep Tool Pricing

Our Script Prep Tools are available for a flat fee per project, and the price depends on your current Proofing Subscription plan:

  • $16.00 per project for Pay As You Go plan users
  • $14.00 per project for Pro plan users
  • $13.00 per project for Publisher plan users

Please note: you do not need to use our Proofing Tool to access the Script Prep Tools. Your Proofing subscription simply determines the flat rate you’ll be charged.

How Invoicing Works

You’ll be charged monthly on your signup anniversary. For Example, if you register for a plan on August 3rd, your invoice will close on the 3rd of each month moving forward. 

Your invoice will include:

  • Your monthly subscription fee (if not on Pay As You Go).
  • Any usage beyond included hours, billed at your plan’s PFH overage rate.
  • Any Script Prep Tool usage, charged on a per project basis.

Tip: If your preferred DAW isn’t available through your chosen plan, you can add DAW Export access to any plan for an additional $2 per finished hour.
