      Understanding Your Free Trial

      If you are brand new to Pozotron, you will have access to a free trial! Here is how it works.

      Overview 

      How Does the Free Trial Work? 

      Pozotron offers two types of free trials to help you explore our tools and see how they fit your audiobook or voiceover workflow.

      1. Free Trial with Sign-Up (No Demo Required)

      When you create a Pozotron account on your own, you’ll automatically receive 60 minutes of free Proofing Tool credits.

      These credits can be used immediately to explore our core feature: the Proofing Tool. It’s a quick and easy way to experience how much time and effort Pozotron can save you.

      Once you’ve used up your 60 free minutes, you’ll be prompted to add a payment method and choose a subscription plan to continue using the platform.

      2. Extended Free Trial with a Demo or Referral 

      Want more time to explore Pozotron’s full capabilities? If you book and attend a demo with our team or you use a referral link from one of our existing users, we’ll extend your trial to include:

      • An additional 6 hours of free Proofing Tool credits for a total of 7 hours

      • Full access to our Script Prep tools

      • 30 days of access starting from your demo date

      This extended trial is perfect for testing Pozotron on a longer audiobook or voiceover project. You’ll have plenty of time and credits to try advanced features like pronunciation guides, character voice notes, and script markup tools.

      Book a demo with our team here at a time that suits you best. During this call, we will dive into your unique workflow and help you get the most out of Pozotron. 

      Where Can I See My Free Trial Credits?

      You can view your available proofing credits at any time in your Profile under the Billing tab. You can also click here to access it directly. 

      On that page, look for "Credit Balance"—this shows how many proofing minutes you have remaining. If your balance shows 0, you may have already used up your trial credits.

      If you believe there’s an issue with your balance, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to take a look.

      Who Is Eligible for a Free Trial?

      All new users who create a Pozotron account are eligible for a free trial. If you're unsure about your eligibility, feel free to reach out to our support team.

      Can I Extend My Free Trial?

      Yes! If you did not get a chance to use your free trial minutes before the expiry date, fill out this form and we will extend your trial!
