From there, click on the Settings tab on the left-hand side

Next, we’ll walk through what each of these settings does.
Proofing Settings
1. Default DAW marker format
Selecting a DAW here will automatically set it as the default when exporting markers.
2. Online Pickup Packet
This option allows you to enable or disable the generation of online pickup packets in your projects.
If disabled, only offline pickup packets can be exported.
3. Misread Format
This setting allows you to customize how Pozotron displays misreads.
By default, Pozotron displays misread annotations like this:
This setting allows you to change the format to S/B (Should Be) instead of using the arrow symbol.
4. Speed Mode Offset Context
By default, when you click an annotation, Pozotron jumps to 2 seconds before the mistake to provide context.
This setting allows you to increase or decrease the offset context.
5. One Click Pickup Tag
This setting allows you to add an extra button to your annotations that automatically applies a selected tag to the pickup.
For example, you could choose @editing, and your annotations would have this button:
6. Tag Noise and Pause Pickups with "@editing".
Enabling these checkboxes will automatically add the @editing tag to any pause or noise pickups.
7. Prompt to confirm final (recordable) script.
When enabled, Pozotron will prompt you to confirm that the uploaded script is the final version the first time you upload audio:
Script Preparation Settings
1. Pronunciation Dictionary
This setting allows you to choose a default pronunciation dictionary for all future projects.
2. Ignored Research Words
This setting allows you to specify words you do not want to appear in your Pronunciation Guide suggestion list.
Adding a word here will prevent it from appearing in all future projects suggestions.
TIP: You can also add words to this list from your Pronunciation Guide!
Click the three-dot button next to Ignore
and select Ignore all occurrences of the word.
2. Disable automatic population of pronunciation data from online dictionaries
Enabling this setting prevents Pozotron from automatically populating research entries from online dictionaries when you click Add To Research.
This feature is useful for users who prefer to create a list of suggested words first and then perform more detailed manual research afterward.
3. Disable automatic population of user-selected pronunciation data
This setting disables pronunciation sharing between projects.
When enabled, Pozotron will not automatically reuse pronunciation data you selected or researched in previous projects.
Administrative Settings
This option will prevent the dispaying of any collaborator emails in your project.
